July 21:  UNDERSTANDING SNAKES:  FEAR NOT! Freedom Park Interpretive Center, 10:00 a.m., open to the public. Tim Christensen is a biological scientist who works at the Conservation Branch at Joint Base Langley-Eustis at Fort Eustis.  Tim will explain snake biology, their significance, and will explore ways to alleviate fear of snakes. This event is part of the Learn and Grow Educational Series sponsored by the Williamsburg Botanical Garden. The program is free, although a $5.00 donation to help the Garden grow is appreciated. For more information, contact Tim at Weather permitting, after the program Master Gardeners will be in the Garden to answer questions and talk about what is in bloom
